Disconnecting a Client from a License Server

You can stop a client machine from connecting to a license server by deleting its client configuration file. This can only be done manually.

  1. Open an Explorer window.
  2. Browse to C:\flexlm.
  3. Delete the license.dat file.
  1. Open a Terminal.

  2. In the terminal, type in the following command:

    $ sudo rm /usr/local/flexlm/licenses/license.dat
