Erasing Part of a Drawing

The Eraser tool lets you change part or all of your drawing. It is pressure sensitive, just like the Brush tool. Pressure sensitivity provides more precision for erasing parts of a drawing. You can set its parameters in the Pen view, such as size, smoothness, and eraser shape—Setting Up the Brush and Eraser Tools.

To erase with the Eraser tool:

Do one of the following:

In the Drawing Tools toolbar, select the Eraser

tool.

‣

Select Tools > Drawing Tools > Eraser.

‣

Press [$].

In the Drawing or Camera view, erase parts of the drawing.

You can also delete drawing objects by selecting them and pressing [Del].
