Moving Alignment Guides
You can move alignment guides with the 
Layer Transform tool or the 
Select tool.
NOTE Guides cannot be moved if they are locked—see Locking and Unlocking Alignment Guides.
How to move an alignment guide
- In the Tools toolbar, select the Transform tool or the Select tool.
- Position your mouse cursor over the guide. The cursor will change to
. - Click and drag on the guide.
