Importing Scripts

T-SBFND-006-001

A complete storyboard is not only made of drawings, but also dialogue, actions, and valuable indications. In Storyboard Pro, you can easily import a script into your storyboard project to help edit captions.

You can import a script in plain text (.txt), Rich Text Format (.rtf) or Final Draft XML (.fdx) directly into the Script field of the Storyboard view.

NOTE: If you are using Final Draft 7 or earlier, you must export your script in .xml format using Tagger, as the native file format of Final Draft 7 and earlier (.fdr) is not supported by Storyboard Pro. If you are using Final Draft 8 and later, your script should be saved in Final Draft XML (.fdx) format.
