Weighted-Point Node

The Weighted-Point node allows you to make deformations using a series of unconnected pegs that you may assign weight to. The main difference between the Weighted-Point node and the Weighted-Deform node is the Weighted-Point node allows you to that you further customize the influence of deformations by specifying weight values to each peg.

Similar to the nodes, the Weighted-Point node prioritizes the quality of deformations rather than speed. It is recommended you use the weighted-point node when you want to make precise single-point deformations while preserving the texture and integrity of the drawing object.

Properties

Parameter Description
Weight This value specifies the influence of the point on the drawing. A value of 100 will constrain the deformed area directly to the point. The lower the value, the less influence the point will have on the drawing, and there will be more of a distance between the point and the deformation.
Minimum Distance .Defines the minimum distance at which the point will have influence over the area you are deforming.
Maximum Distance Defines the minimum distance at which the point will have influence over the area you are deforming.
