Showing and Hiding Workspaces

You can show and hide workspaces from your drop-down list through the Workspace Manager dialog box.

  1. Do one of the following:
  • In the Workspace toolbar, click the button.
  • From the top menu, select Windows > Workspace > Workspace Manager.
  1. In the Available Workspaces list, select the workspace to be displayed and click the Right Arrow button to move it to the Workspace toolbar.
  1. Click OK.
  1. Do one of the following:
  • In the Workspace toolbar, click the button.
  • From the top menu, select Windows > Workspace > Workspace Manager.
  1. In the Workspace Manager, select the workspace to be hidden and click the Left Arrow button to move it to the Available Workspaces list.
  1. Click OK.
