Troubleshooting Desktop Shortcuts Launching the Wrong Version of Harmony

This is because, prior to Harmony 15.0, desktop shortcuts created for Harmony would not point to the full path of applications, so they launched the version of the application in the $PATH environment variable.
A script has been made to fix this issue. It will go through every installation of Harmony in the default installation location and create shortcuts for them with the proper configuration.
