About Service Launcher

The Service Launcher allows users without full administrative rights to launch three Toon Boom Harmony services: ToonBoom Process (for batch rendering and vectorization), Database Server and WebCC.

The Service Launcher also relaunches these services periodically if any should happen to stop.
