Here are the two elements available in the colour palette in Flip Boom Cartoon.

Flip Boom Cartoon Colour Swatches - Blue Teddy Bear

By default, Flip Boom Cartoon has eight colours available. Click on the colour you want and start drawing using the Brush tool.

You can double-click on a colour swatch to open the Colour Wheel.

Flip Boom Cartoon Colour Wheel

Use the Colour Wheel button to open the Colour Wheel where you can change the colour of a swatch by selecting a new colour.
