Return License

Returning enables you to send your license back to the server. When you commit a return, your current session on your local workstation will be terminated as your license is sent back to the server. Once back on the server, you can re-activate your license on a different workstation.

  1. Launch the License Wizard.

  2. Select the Menu > Activate/Return Licenses in your Account.

    The Manage Licenses in your Account window will appear.

  3. Click Return.

IMPORTANT If you sign out of your Toon Boom account in the License Wizard, all your licenses will automatically be returned to the server.

Likewise, if you intend to re-install your operating system or to reset it to its default state, you must first return your license so that you are able to activate it again after you have reinstalled the product.

IMPORTANT Depending on the license you have, there may be a limit to the amount of times you can perform a Return in a day, it is therefore recommended to avoid transferring your license frequently.
