You can add sounds to your animation. All sounds are recorded as you preview your animation.
Make sure that you have a microphone connected to the computer. If you have a laptop then this will be built-in.
1. | Click on the Record Sound button to open the Record Sound window. |
2. | At the bottom of the Record Sound window you will see these buttons. |
Click on each one of them to learn more.
3. | Click the Record button, your animation appears and begins to play. |
4. | Start talking or singing into the microphone. |
5. | Click on the Stop button when the animation has finished playing. |
The animation and the sound are saved automatically.
6. | Click on the Play button to replay the animation with your sound. |
7. | If you are happy with the sound you have recorded, you can click on the Exit button. |
This will close the Record Sound window and return you to the main window.
8. | If you don’t like the sound you have recorded, click on the Delete Sound button. This will remove the sound from your animation, but will NOT delete the animation. |
9. | Repeat Step 3 to Step 6 until you get the right mix of animation and sound. |
10. | When you are done, click on the Exit button. |
Click on the Start Record Sound button to start recording your sound as your animation plays. When you see the blue square instead of the red circle your sound is being recorded. To stop recording you need to click on the blue square.
The Play button becomes active after you have made your recording. It is used to review the animation with the sound, so that you can see if you like what you have made.
The Stop button only appears after you have clicked on the Play button and lets you stop the recording from playing at any time.
Click on this button if you are unhappy with the sound recording. It will remove the sound from your animation, but will not delete the animation.
This button closes the Record Sound window and returns you to the main window.
